Meet the Team

Pep has worked at Service Six since 2015, and has been our Northamptonshire Service Manager since June 2023. When Pep first started at Service Six he was an Anti-Social Behaviour Youth Practitioner, and has also been a Youth Specialist and Team Supervisor. 

As Northamptonshire Service Manager, Pep oversees all the service and delivery side of our work in Northamptonshire, and looks after the youth team alongside the team supervisor. He also triages all the referrals that come in, making sure they get allocated to the right teams.

Pep additionally works on the Opal project and the LGBTQ+ Out There Youth Group.

AJ is a Youth Specialist on the Northamptonshire Team, and has worked at Service Six since 2022

Anna is a Sessional Youth Specialist as Service Six, and has worked with us since 2023

Clare has been our Youth Team Supervisor since June 2023, and likes to make sure everyone has coffee and chocolate! Prior to this, Clare was a Youth Specialist, and has worked at Service Six since 2021.

Clare works across the majority of the projects, and is often on the wellbeing drop-in service and youth clubs.

Freyja has worked at Service Six since 2018, first joining the Counselling Team as a sessional Art Therapist. Her other roles have been as a counsellor on the Youth Team, as a Youth Specialist on the TARGET Team, and then as the TARGET Lead Coordinator. She has been the Digital and Social Media lead since July 2023.

Gemma is a Youth Specialist on the Northamptonshire Team, and has worked at Service Six since 2015 when she joined as a Youth Anti-Social Behaviour Prevention Practitioner.

Since 2018, Gemma has worked on the Opal project, helping young people who engage in self-harm find more positive ways to manage emotions. This includes 1:1 and group work in schools. She also works on the Emerald project in Leicester providing solution focused support to teens in school, and runs drop-ins at the Daventry Teen Clinic, providing a safe place for teens to get advice and sign posting about mental health.

Kerry is a Youth Specialist on the Milton Keynes Team. She has worked at Service Six since 2021. She started on the Stepping Stones project and is now on the Milton Keynes Step-Down project.

Kim has worked at Service Six since 2018, and is a Youth Specialist on the Northamptonshire Youth Team. Kim works mainly on the Support Plus project

Kimmy is a Youth Specialist on the Milton Keynes team. She has worked at Service Six since 2015, initially working on the Youth Starz project.

Kimmy now works on the MK Step Down Project

Leanne is a Youth Specialist working primarily on the TARGET Team. Though she has also done work on Happy Heads, Opal Project, Sapphire and Rapid Response. Leanne has been at Service Six since 2021.

Lyn started work with Service Six in 1999, initially as a volunteer, and since then has had a variety of different roles. She temporarily worked in finance, and then became a 1-2-1 support worker. After this she became a Manager in recruiting and training volunteers, before becoming the Service Manager. However, she then wanted to return to work directly with young people again so took on a part-time role doing this until an opportunity came up to work with Serenity for one year. Seven years later, Lyn is still on secondment with Serenity as a Children's Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (chISVA).

Lyndsay is a Youth Specialist on the TARGET project, based within the Northamptonshire Youth Team. She has worked at Service Six since September 2020. TARGET is her primary focus, but she has also done some work on the Opal Project and Happy Heads.

Sami works on the Northamptonshire Support After Suicide Service as a Support after Suicide Liaison Worker. She has been with Service Six since 2021

Tony has worked with Service Six since 2017, and is both a Youth Specialist working remotely, and our Designated Safeguarding Lead. He has worked on many different projects, and helped set up the LGBTQ+ Out There Youth Group. He is currently the lead on the Stand Out Northamptonshire Care Connections Programme supporting children in care and care leavers. Tony is now a Designated Safeguarding Lead and is also our Lead Social Worker.

Bertie is Esther's Certified Therapy Dog, and they work together to help young people overcome their difficulties.

Nicole is a Children and Young People's Counsellor working on the Youth Team. She has worked with us since 2022.

Yvette is our Therapy Services Manager. She first joined Service Six in 2003 whilst training as a counsellor. She then continued to work on a sessional basis with us after graduating. Yvette completed her Clinical Supervision training in 2011 and after that began supervising some of the Counselling Team and the Youth Team. In 2018, she graduated with a MSc Counselling C&YP which led to her current position as Therapy Services Manager in 2019

As Therapy Services Manager, Yvette is responsible for the running of the counselling department which covers Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire. She also practices as a Paediatric Psychotherapist and as a Clinical Supervisor.

Emma Campion has been the CEO of Service Six since April 2023. She has worked at Service Six since 2014, starting off as a Youth Specialist, and then becoming Operations Manager in 2016.

Katie is our Milton Keynes Service Manager, Health and Safety Officer and is also a Designated Safeguarding Lead. She initially started at Service Six as a volunteer in 2008, and then began paid employment as a sessional youth support worker in 2009. Katie has been the Milton Keynes Service Manager since 2015, and prior to that worked in a variety of other roles including as an ASB Supervisor. 

In addition to overseeing our MK services, networking and identifying funding opportunities, Katie is also responsible for the Health and Safety across the organisation, and is part of the Safeguarding team.

Tanya has been our Business Support and Development Manager since January 2023, and prior to this had been a Hub Administrator since she joined Service Six in 2019. Tanya is responsible for managing the Business support team, producing monthly reports, managing commissioned services and developing our business relationships in relation to independent income generation.

Karen is our Finance Manager and has worked with us since 2012. She accounts for all the financial transactions of Service Six, and provides accurate and relevant information for management, employees and external agencies. She also produces the statutory accounts for external audit.

Leanne is on our Business Support Team, and has worked with Service Six since October 2021.
